Tonight I'm going to try my hand at making waffles.
My Grannie was the best waffle maker in the world. I could eat her waffles every day for the rest of my life and not get sick of them.
However, nobody else in my family inherited that talent. We just can not make waffles. The two halves never stick together. Not once has a whole waffle been produced from our waffle iron. I can't figure out the trick.
Armed with advice from an old neighbour, tonight I will try again!
I've had the biggest waffle craving for the last 2 weeks. I'll eat the batter if I have to.
